How to find the best fitting fat loss tools for you

Summary:

Years ago I was a pretty bad batter, until someone showed me that the tool I was using was the wrong fit for me. The day I made the change to a better fitting tool was the day my baseball career changed forever. 

By changing the size and fit of the baseball bat I was using I immediately went from being a poor batter, to the best batter on the team. I went from never getting on base to hitting at least one home run a game and in many games I hit a home run every time I got up to bat.

So what was the key to my success?

1 – Finding the tool that was the right fit. Too often we give up on an activity because “it just won’t work for me”. When in fact it can and will work if we just find a better fitting tool. We don’t need to throw the tool out completely, we just need to find one that is the right fit and size for us as an individual. The diet or exercise program you are on may not be working because it needs to be adjusted to fit you as an individual.

2 – Having a coach to find the right fitting tool. My parents and siblings couldn’t help me. Many of the parents of the other boys on my team couldn’t help me. But my coach saw the problem and helped me fix it. A lot of times we look for our friends and family for guidance in our life changes. Though they love us and we love them, they may not be the best source of information to help us reach our goals.
