Does your fat loss plan include lubricant and a sledgehammer?

Stop trying to force yourself into a hole you don’t fit into.

The weight loss world is full of people with lubricant and a sledgehammer.

Here’s how it goes.

You reach out looking for help getting the weight off.

They promise you their method is the ONLY method that’ll work.

You excitedly begin to follow them to THEIR fat loss door.

But as you begin to walk down a hallway, they slyly reach over and grab a bottle of lubricant and a sledgehammer.

Thinking nothing of it you notice several doors that you could easily walk through, all leading to the same place.

But you trust them because they said they have your best interest at heart.

Then they walk you over to a door like a wolf leads a lamb to the slaughterhouse.

They line you up in front of a door that looks like the tiny door from Alice in Wonderland just before she ate the biscuit to shrink herself.

Then they hand you the lubricant and say, “lather up”.

Once your good and slippery they push your head through the door and whisper, “this might be a little uncomfortable”.

You then hear them pick up the sledgehammer and take a step back as they say, “take a deep breath”.

The rest I’ll leave up to your imagination as they do whatever they can imagine to squeeze you through that doggy door.

Why do they do this?

“Because it worked for them.”

This is what Jocelyn experienced just a few weeks ago when her personal trainer screamed at her because she didn’t work out EVERY day…

And she couldn’t force down six bland meals a day with no salt or seasoning.

Here’s figuratively what I did for Jocelyn.

I held her hand and walked with her to find a door that would fit her.

No lubricant involved.

Then I open the door and walked her through it.

You see, a program must fit you…

Not the other way around.

But how do you know if a program will work for you?

Well, it needs to have these 5 things included.

1 – It must fit your schedule.
2 – It must involve digestible change you can handle long-term.
3 – It must work despite perfection not because of perfection.
4 – It must add good foods in, not take them out.
5 – It must be adaptable to your changing needs and schedules.

If a program doesn’t meet these five criteria you better get your lubrication out, take a deep breath and brace for impact.

Because it’s going to be uncomfortable. http://bit.ly/2yUSLTT
