Overcoming Obstacles To Reach Your Goals

A couple weeks ago, I started feeling some pain in my back.

It started out small, then grew to being too much to handle.

I didn’t want to believe it, but I had to accept the fact that I had kidney stones… 5 to be exact.

You see, I’ve had to pass my fair share of kidney stones in the past, and there has never been a time that I was prepared to do so.

This inconvenience was completely unexpected. I didn’t have time to lay in bed and be miserable for a couple of days.

I had things to do.

Unfortunately, I had to reschedule coaching calls with my clients and put off all my other plans for those few, miserable days.

Why do I share this? Because today we are living in uncertain times.

2020 has been a year full of twists and turns.

A global pandemic has completely turned people’s lives upside down.

Nobody could have predicted these unprecedented events. Just like I couldn’t predict passing a kidney stone.

We will get through this.

Just because the world has gone crazy doesn’t mean you can’t reach your goals.

The women I work with are reaching their PCOS weight loss goals every day.

I want to show you how.

My coaching program isn’t designed to work on only the perfect days.

If your program requires a major change in your life, you’re not going to see long-term success.

My program is designed to teach you how you can improve your health during the planned and unplanned times.

So you can be prepared when you go on vacation…

When you go to a birthday party and are offered some delicious cake…

When the holidays come around and all you want to do is eat…

When the gyms close down…

Or when a global pandemic rocks our world… (wouldn’t that be crazy, lol)!

Let’s prepare ourselves the best we can for the unexpected.

Let me give you the resources and support you need to succeed.

Thanks,
