Types of PCOS

Types Of PCOS

Years ago, I made a claim that sent the PCOS world into a tailspin.

I claimed that there were multiple types of PCOS and the ridicule flooded in.

My claims back then were all based on science that I had fun sharing.

Fast forward to today and things have drastically changed. You can google “Types of PCOS” and find dozens of copied and pasted articles that make bold claims that lack concrete evidence.

I see people talk about insulin resistant PCOS, pill induced PCOS, inflammatory PCOS, and hidden cause PCOS.

All of this lacks research!

The only types of PCOS we know about are related to the diagnosis.

To be officially diagnosed with PCOS, you need to have at least two of the following three symptoms.

-Anovulation (lack of ovulation)

-Cysts on the ovaries

-High androgen levels

This naturally leads us to the actual types of PCOS that do exist.

The Four Types of PCOS

-A combination of anovulation and high androgen level.

-A combination of anovulation and cysts on the ovaries.

-A combination of high androgen and anovulation.

-A combination of all three PCOS symptoms. Anovulation, high androgen, and cysts on the ovaries

The honest truth however is it doesn’t really matter what type of PCOS you have because you will still have to overcome obstacles.

Obstacles like, a bigger appetite, difficulty burning fat, and easier storing fat.

That’s where I come in. I’ve developed the Fat Extraction Method—which is a framework that helps women with PCOS lose weight and keep it off.

Incorporating the Fat Extraction Method in your life will help you manage the nagging symptoms of PCOS and live a healthier life.

You see, women with PCOS don’t have issues with breaking down fat. However, they do have issues with burning fat.

The Fat Extraction Method is designed to help burn the fat and keep it off.

I provide a step-by-step plan for the women that I work with so they can see the results they want to see.

But more importantly, I set them up for long-term success.

Burning fat and dropping weight will help you feel better regardless of your “type” of PCOS.
