Bad PCOS Research

When I first started studying PCOS back in 2008, experts believed that it was “diabetes of the ovaries.”

I think back to that sometimes and just shake my head. The science has come a long way since then.

But to be honest, we’re still in the early stages of truly understanding PCOS.

That’s why it’s often missed by doctors, or misdiagnosed as something else. It’s also why so many “experts” are out there spreading misinformation.

They base their ideas on old information, bad research, or even ideas that have no scientific basis.

They’ll say things like, “Women with PCOS should eat a gluten-free diet.” Or, “Just limit your dairy intake and you’ll lose weight.”

None of that has any evidence to back it up.

Some of the latest bold claims I’ve seen are about types of PCOS.

“Insulin-resistant”

“Pill-induced”

“Inflammatory”

“Hidden cause”

These are just made-up terms that aren’t based on science.

In fact, the only types of PCOS we know about are based on the symptoms leading to the diagnosis. And you know what? Your “type” of PCOS doesn’t even matter—no matter what type you have, your body is still going to have the same struggles.

You’re still going to have difficulty controlling your appetite. You’re still going to store fat too easily. You’re still going to have trouble burning fat.

That’s why I don’t focus on what type of PCOS you have (and why I certainly don’t focus on the latest diet trends that have NOTHING to do with helping you burn fat).

Instead, I focus on what we can do to get your body functioning more efficiently.

You’ve probably heard a ton of bad advice. I’m not here to give you any more outdated ideas or fake tips that won’t work for you.

Everything I incorporate into my program is based on the latest, best, proven science. That’s a commitment that I make so that I can serve you in the best way possible.

I’ve used all of the science and knowledge we have to create The Fat Extraction Method—one that is evidence-based and created specifically for women with PCOS, regardless of type.

The Fat Extraction Method isn’t based on fad diets or bad research—it’s a real, step-by-step program that lets your body finally start burning fat the right way.

I want you to see for yourself that I’m not peddling snake oil or fake promises, just a better approach to weight loss.
