The Three Types of People With PCOS

There are three types of people who come to me wanting to lose weight.

There’s the novice. They have a lot of weight to lose but have never been able to. They don’t know how to start. They don’t know what to do.

One of my novices came to me not even knowing how to cook eggs. I actually had to teach her how to do that, so that we could start her on the right journey to a healthier version of herself.

The novices need someone to plan, someone to guide, someone to help them every step of the way. I’m happy to see them, happy to help them on their journey.

Then there’s the sustainer. They are pretty healthy. They might not love the way they look, they might wish they could shed a few pounds, but overall, they just want to sustain a healthy lifestyle.

The sustainers fit right in. I’m able to teach them how to elevate their health plan, maintain a healthy weight, and even drop some inches and fit into new clothing.

Then there’s the extremist. They want to drop 30 pounds right away. They want to be stage-ready for a wedding or a vacation, and they are willing to do whatever it takes to get there.

The third type is the type that needs me the most. But what they want and what I know is the right path don’t always align.

I’m not here to help you crash diet and drop water weight. There are plenty of programs out there that might help you do that. You’ll probably gain the weight back, but if you’re truly just focused on the short-term success, there’s probably something out there that will do that, something designed to just help you drop numbers fast with no long-term plan to sustain and nourish your body.

That’s not what I’m offering.

What I offer is a path to change your life. My program is built for long-term success. It’s set up to be less about the scale and more about comprehensive ways to see progress.

The wins here look different for everybody. Usually, they’re about inches lost, clothing falling off, dropped sizes. They’re often about feeling better—healthier, more confident, stronger. Sometimes they are about the scale.

But the big win is always about more than a number. It’s about a path to long-term weight loss success, to taking control of your PCOS, and finally living life without the weight of symptoms dragging you down.

Plenty of my clients see short-term wins. They’re happy with those. They love to see inches dropped quickly. They love to see a lower number on the scale. They love fitting into a wedding dress or a bikini.

But the biggest and best changes come from health, from power, and from strength. Those are the changes that I offer.

I often think about my wife back before she took control of her life. I remember her looking at herself and not feeling beautiful. I remember the way that she lost the weight and regained her confidence.

I didn’t see her any differently on the outside. But seeing the light come back in her eyes, seeing her look in a mirror and smile, that was a shining moment in my life.

Those are the moments that I want to bring to every woman with PCOS. I don’t want you to live as a woman stuck with PCOS. I want you to live as a woman who overcame it, who pushed back on her symptoms and came out stronger, healthier, and happier.

I want you to be able to celebrate wins, not just for today, but for the life that you want to lead in the future.

I want you to be able to open the door to possibilities that you gave up on and to close the door on the doubts and the self-loathing and the struggle.

Whether you’re the novice, the sustainer, or the extremist, I want to help you find the long-term success that you are looking for.

I’ve seen hundreds of women do it. I know that it’s possible. I know that you can get the results you stopped believing you’ll ever find.

I know that you’ve had doctors, friends, and family members think that you’re just lazy. I know that you’ve probably worked harder than most of them have.

And I know that you’re still not where you want to be. I’d like to help you fix that.

So, who are you? Are you the novice, here to learn how to start, not sure what your first steps are?

Or are you the sustainer? Looking to shape up and tone, searching for a maintenance plan that will last?

Or are you the extremist, wanting to shed as much as possible as fast as possible?

No matter who you are, I can help you get where you want to be. To begin the process, go to fatextractionmethod.com and let’s get you started!

Living for the long term,

John
