Can You Get Pregnant With PCOS?

I recently spoke with a woman in her 40s with PCOS. She’d been diagnosed when she was just a teenager and told that she would never be able to have kids.

It’s something that happens all too often. Young women get diagnosed with PCOS and told by their doctors that they’ll never be able to have children.

So they never even try. But the truth is that by itself, PCOS doesn’t mean that you can’t get pregnant.

We associate PCOS with infertility. But the actual numbers indicate that only 20% of women with PCOS will struggle with infertility.

The truth is that there’s nothing about a body with PCOS that makes it unable to carry a healthy baby. Unfortunately, some doctors just don’t understand PCOS well enough to give women reliable information.

They’re out there telling women to not even bother trying to get pregnant. But I want you to know that is bad information. It’s information based on outdated ideas that aren’t backed by research.

Dozens of women have come into my program after struggling with infertility. But with the right plan in place, they’ve been able to make adjustments to their bodies that allowed them to get pregnant. It’s the most rewarding part of my work.

If you are struggling to get pregnant, there are two things that you can do to help. Now, please understand that I cannot guarantee you’ll get pregnant. I’m in no way saying that I can.

But I do understand the way PCOS affects the body and the hormones. With that knowledge, I can help you increase your odds.

The first one is to take carnitine. Studies have shown that carnitine improves your odds of having a baby and sets you up for a healthier pregnancy.

The second one is to target your fat. Yes, I know if you’re reading this, you’re probably struggling with this one. But the truth is that you need to target your fat if you want to increase your chances of getting pregnant. Your fat cells release hormones that are contributing to your struggle.

Reducing those hormones will up your odds of getting pregnant. The answer isn’t even necessarily to lose weight, although that will also help. But targeting the fat is very important. Fat is toxic to women with PCOS.

Now, the next question is… How do I do that?

That’s one of the questions I answer in The Fat Extraction Method. You’ll learn a new approach to targeting fat in your body, one designed specifically for women with PCOS.

I want to teach you The Fat Extraction Method so that your probability of getting pregnant increases.
