Planning For the Not-So-Perfect Days

I woke up with a familiar pain in my back. As soon as I opened my eyes, I knew what it was. Kidney stones. I’ve had my fair share of them, and I had no doubt that this was another.

I closed my eyes and tried to ignore it, pretending that maybe if I didn’t acknowledge them they wouldn’t be real.

I didn’t want my day ruined. I had work, plans, meetings with clients, family responsibilities… All the plates I juggle every day.

But life tossed me one I couldn’t ignore, and I had to let everything else come crashing down for a while.

We would all love for every day to be perfect, to go just according to plan. We’d love to not be sad and want a piece of cake. We’d love to have time to make healthy meals every single day. We’d love to never miss a workout because our kids sprung last-minute activities on us.

But that’s not the way life is.

Right now, we’re all living in an unplanned time. One day, we were living our regular lives, and the next day, gyms were closed, everyone was home, and it suddenly got a lot harder to take care of ourselves.

Nothing is certain. Every day has the potential to be chaos.

That’s why my program isn’t created for just the perfect days.

It’s not just for the days where you have time for a home-cooked meal. It’s also for the days where dinner comes between work and baseball practice.

It’s not just for the days where you wake up with plenty of time to work out. It’s for the days where you overslept and you don’t have time to breathe, much less exercise.

It’s not just for the days where everything goes according to plan. It’s for the days when the unexpected happens and you have to adjust.

That’s one of the reasons my program is so effective. It’s made for real women with real lives.

Not every day is going to be perfect. But that shouldn’t derail your goals.

If your health program can’t handle the unplanned days, you’re not going to stick with it for long.

The Fat Extraction Method works with you in the perfect and (much more common) not-so-perfect days. It helps you prepare for the unexpected and put a personalized plan into place that sticks through the ups and downs.

What do your not-so-perfect days look like? Are you constantly running into obstacles that derail you from your goals? Go to fatextractionmethod.com to learn how to overcome these obstacles so you can still see results.

Let’s plan for the unexpected,
