When you tell me you’ve tried everything, I believe you.
I’m not going to roll my eyes, or feed you lines about trying harder, or think to myself that you’re lazy. I know that you’ve gotten enough of that.
This is one of the things that I drill into my own employees when I hire them—when women come to us and say they have tried everything, they mean it. And they’ve probably done it correctly.
So…why hasn’t it worked? You did Keto, you did paleo, you did Weight Watchers. You watched other people get these great results. And you? You still struggled.
You worked just as hard. You were committed. But it didn’t work.
Why?
Because your body is different. You have PCOS. Those programs are not designed for you. They’re not made for your body.
And what happens when you work that hard and you don’t see the results you want? You start to get down on yourself. You start to blame yourself. You start to punish yourself.
What I want you to understand is that it’s not your fault. You aren’t struggling with weight loss because you’re lazy. You aren’t struggling with it because you aren’t working hard enough.
You’re struggling with it because nobody has shown you a program that was made for your body.
I’m not here to punish you or make you feel bad about the progress you haven’t made yet. I’m not here to tell you to deprive yourself or restrict yourself.
Not only is it unrealistic, it’s unhealthy.
That’s why you’re not going to hear me say, “Don’t eat chocolate. Don’t eat carbs. Don’t eat sweets.”
You’ve spent long enough in restriction mode. I believe in reframing that mindset. Instead of focusing on what to avoid, let’s focus on the amount of food.
That doesn’t mean eating less across the board. In fact, your “anytime” foods, like lean meats and veggies, you can eat as much of as you want.
It just means that when it comes to the “sometimes” foods, we’re going to be choosier.
Here’s the deal—if you have a piece of chocolate or a candy bar once a week and you’re not seeing the results you want, there is no way that little piece of chocolate is the cause of your problems.
We want to step out of that mindset, out of restriction, out of negativity and punishment, and into making choices to nourish your body in the best way possible.
I know that you’ve tried everything. I know you’re frustrated. I know you want to beat yourself up. But we’re going to leave all of that behind—every failure, every struggle, every negative thought.
Instead, we’re going to make a positive plan, a plan that’s actually created for women with PCOS. Then together, we’re going to work on that plan, and move forward with positivity.
The first step is The Fat Extraction Method. It’s designed to help you understand why your body isn’t the same as everyone else’s and what we can do to target your metabolism and lose the weight you want.
